Customer Supply Solutions – a new concept
Heldon’s ongoing commitment to providing the best possible levels of service has resulted in the creation of a new department. The new department at our Tullamarine headquarters is called “Customer supply solutions”. The role of this department is to bring all aspects of the supply chain together to provide a comprehensive and pro-active service department focused on much more than entering orders and answering the phone.
The new department will be responsible for:
- Supply chain management
- Logistics
- Customer service, the human voice on the phone
- Order entry and verification
- Customer issues and resolutions
- Supply issues and stock management
- Dispatch and scheduling to meet your targets
Integrated into the new department will be a high level technical support function, with over 70 years of refrigeration experience to call on. Our technical teams are all time served tradesmen; Our senior engineers are members of ASHRAE and AIRAH and have worked in the industry for 20 plus years each.
The new team consists of:
Thomas Moodie, Customer supply solutions team leader
Leigh Richards, Product Manager
Jessica Lang, Customer supply solutions associate
In the field Heldon’s Sales team will be calling regularly and you are encouraged to get to know Vito Destito and Charlie Pantano. The new department will allow our two guys to get out and spend more time listening and helping you, the customer.
